How to Unsubscribe from Epic! App on iPhone or iPad

Open your iPhone or iPad’s Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. You’ll usually find this app on the home screen.

Tap your name. It’s at the top of the menu.

Tap iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID. It’s the email address at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. It’s at the top of the menu. If prompted to verify your account, follow the on-screen instructions to do so.

Scroll down and tap Subscriptions. It’s toward the bottom of the menu.

Tap Epic!. The details of your membership will appear.

Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Trial. A confirmation message will appear.

Tap Confirm. Your Epic! subscription is now cancelled and you will no longer be billed. You and your child can continue to use Epic! until the last day of the trial or billing cycle.
