Setting Up Your Printer
Turn on your printer. Make sure your printer is plugged in, and press the Windows Power Power button to turn it on.
Disconnect your printer's Bluetooth and cable connections. Your printer has to be disconnected from all Bluetooth, ethernet, and cable connections in order to connect to AirPrint.
Connect your printer to the same Wi-Fi as your iPhone. Wi-Fi connections will vary from printer to printer. Most printers will allow you to use the printer menu to establish a Wi-Fi connection. You can check your printer's manual or online documentation for specific connection instructions.
Make sure your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi. Your printer will automatically show up on your iPhone's printer menu. If your printer does not support AirPrint, you can use your printer's printing app. Make sure to check out this article if you want to use a printing app on your iPhone.
