Select Bots. This is listed second in the drop-down menu and will direct you to a login page.
Log in to your Groupme account. In order to access the form for creating a bot, you must be logged into your Groupme account. Make sure to check the I’m Not a Robot box when you log in.
Enter your verification PIN. Once you log in, you’ll receive a 4-digit PIN to verify your login. Enter it in the blank field and tap Next to continue to the bot creation form.
Tap Create Bot. This appears as an orange button in the top-right of the page listing any bots associated with your account after you log in.
Fill out the Create your bot form. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see a form with fields for customizing your bot. Tap the arrow next to the field under the Choose the group this bot will live in heading and select a group. Enter the name of your bot in the blank field under the Name heading. Enter a URL for your bot to receive and “listen” to messages in the field under the Callback URL heading. Enter the URL associated with your bot in the field under the Avatar URL heading.
Tap Submit. This will finish setting up your Groupme bot in the chat you’ve selected it to appear in.
