England: David Moyes says he won't be intimidated by the presence of his illustrious predecessor when taking charge at Old Trafford for the first time as Manchester United manager.

Far from dreading replacing Alex Ferguson, Moyes is starting out at United knowing he'll never be able to match the achievements of British football's most successful manager.

Moyes says that would be "impossible."

Between 1986 and 2013, Ferguson won every major honor, including 13 Premier League titles and the Champions League twice.

When asked if he's intimidated by Ferguson's continued presence at United as a director, Moyes said: "I hope he is sitting in the directors' box because he has been so good. I have already called him two or three times for some advice ... he's not there to pressure me."

What's your reaction?
