Norwich: Norwich extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to three matches Saturday by beating Stoke 1-0 thanks to Bradley Johnson's first-half header.
The midfielder sealed Norwich's second straight home win by glancing in a free kick by Robert Snodgrass in the 44th minute, lifting his resurgent team above Stoke to 14th place in the standings.
After struggling in the first half, Jonathan Walters and Kenwyne Jones wasted good chances after the break for the visitors, who have yet to win away this campaign in five matches.
This latest victory for Norwich comes after a 1-0 win over Arsenal at Carrow Road two weeks ago, and then a 2-1 success against Tottenham in the last 16 of the League Cup on Wednesday.
