The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has announced the date for the Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (JSSC-CGL) 2024. Candidates who are willing to appear for the exam can go to the official website of JSSC at jssc.nic.in. According to the most recent notice issued by JSSC, the JSSC CGL exam is scheduled to take place on January 28 and February 4, 2024.

JSSC CGL Exam 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates belonging to the general category need to be 35 years of age to be eligible for the exam. Other Backward Class (OBC)/BC (male candidates) should not exceed 37 years of age, and Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates should be 40 years of age. However, candidates falling under the UR, OBC, or BC (female candidates) category should be under 38 years old.

Step 1: Go to the official Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission website atwww.jssc.nic.in.
Step 2: Click the link available on the homepage that reads, “Online Application”
Step 3: After selecting the position, click “Apply” and register yourself by providing the required details, such as your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
Step 4: Use your login information generated at the time of registration and sign in.
Step 5: Fill in all the required information on the application, such as personal and educational information.
Step 6: Provide your scanned signature and photograph in the appropriate format and pay the application fee
Step 7: Examine the application before submitting and download the submitted form for future use.
JSSC CGL Exam 2024: Selection Process
Jharkhand General Graduate Level Combined Competitive Examination (JSSC-CGL) exams will be carried out in pen and paper format. The exam comprises three papers and will be conducted for a total of two hours.
JSSC CGL Exam 2024: Application Fee
Candidates applying for the exam need to pay an application fee of Rs 100 in cash at SBI Branches by generating an SBI Challan, or via BHIM UPI, Mastercard, Maestro, Net Banking, Visa, RuPay Credit or Debit card. It is to be noted that there is no application fee for female candidates or those who fall under Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), or Ex-Servicemen (ESM) categories.
