Registration for Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi counselling will begin after May 27 for candidates seeking admission to engineering, management, and architecture programmes at Delhi government-funded universities. This date announcement has been made on the official website of JAC Delhi. Eligible candidates can apply for the JAC on the official website, jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
The JAC Delhi counselling provides a single-window opportunity to students to apply at the following universities based on the JEE Main score-
–– Delhi Technological University (DTU)
–– Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)
–– Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIITD)
–– Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) and
–– Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU).
JAC Delhi Counselling 2024: How To Register
Step 1: Candidates must first authenticate their identity by providing their JEE Main application number and name as shown on the JEE Main admission card.
Step 2: The verification process will be completed by sending a code to the provided mobile number. Candidates can log in after successful authentication.
Step 3: Complete the application form with the essential information.
Step 4: Upload all required documents in accordance with the rules.
Step 5: Next, pay the application cost.
Candidates will need to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,500 to complete the application process.
According to the committee’s website, the JAC Delhi counselling will fill 6372 engineering seats at the five participating colleges this year. JAC Delhi Counselling 2024: Documents Required
Candidates must submit several documents for the counselling process –
–– Receipt of the seat acceptance fee.
–– Online registration form (signed by both the guardian or parent and the candidate)
–– A printout of the completed choices
–– Three passport-sized pictures.
–– Print out the JEE admission card and score card for 2024.
–– Class 12 mark sheet and seat allocation letter.
–– Seat assignment letter was downloaded from jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.
–– Date of birth certificate, as stated in the Class 10 high school or comparable examination.
–– Bonus Point Documents, if eligible for IIIT-D extra points.
–– Certificates for reserved categories or subcategories.
–– Medical fitness certificate.
This registration is for the first round of counselling. Candidates must submit their preferred courses and colleges in the order specified. Those who meet the minimum JAC cut-off will be offered admission in the order of merit.
