The CTET July 2024 online application deadline has been extended to April 5 (before 11:59 PM). Candidates can now register on the official website, ctet.nic.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has pushed forward the deadline for submitting the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 application forms. The deadline for registration was originally set for April 2. However, candidates can now register until April 5 for the July CTET 2024 session on the official website, ctet.nic.in.

Candidates who want to teach in classes 1 through 8 must take the CTET July exam in 2024 to receive their eligibility certificate.The CTET July 2024 online application deadline has been extended to April 5, 2024 (before 11:59 PM). The most recent update stated that applicants who experience any technological difficulties when completing the CTET application form should contact 8802580447.

In accordance with the timetable, the CTET July exam 2024 will take place on July 7 in two shifts: the first paper will be administered in the afternoon from 2 to 4.30 pm, and the second paper will take place from 9.30 am to 12 noon.

The CTET July 2024 exam will be administered in 136 locations across the country in twenty languages. The CTET 2024 exam will consist of two papers: Paper 1 (for those interested in teaching Classes 1 to 5) and Paper 2 (for those interested in teaching Classes 6 to 8).

CTET JULY 2024 SESSION: HOW TO APPLY

Step 1: Visit ctet.nic.in, the CBSE CTET official website.

Step 2: Select “CTET 2024 Apply Online” and complete the online application.

Step 3: Fill out the CTET 2024 online application.

Step 4: Attach a scanned copy of your documents, signature, and photographs.

Step 5: Pay the examination fees.

Step 6: Download the CTET 2024 confirmation page to your device and print a copy of it for future references.

Candidates from the General and OBC categories must pay Rs 1,000 for one paper and Rs 1,200 for both to apply for the CTET in July 2024. For SC, ST, and those with disabilities, the examination registration fee is Rs 500 for a single paper and Rs 600 for both exams.

Once the exam is completed and the results are generated and released, there will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of the announced results. According to the CBSE CTET information bulletin, no correspondence in this matter would be entertained.

This year, in February, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) issued the CTET results for the January 2024 session. Applicants can access their results on the official websites cbseresults.nic.in and ctet.nic.in. On January 21, 2024, the CBSE conducted the CTET in 3,418 test venues across 135 Indian cities, with around 84 per cent of enrolled applicants showing up for the test.
