Joy Alukkas, the chairman and managing director of jewellery retail chain Joyalukkas is among the richest jewellers in India with an estimated net worth of $4.4 billion.
Also, ranked as the 50th wealthiest Indian as per the Forbes list, the Indian businessman recently picked a brand new expensive car. Adding another luxury car to his collection, Joy Alukkas purchased a Rolls Royce Cullinan worth over Rs 6 crores.
With Alukkas’ latest purchase, it marks the seventh Rolls Royce Cullinan in Kerala. A video shared by EISK 77 going viral on instagram shows his new Rolls Royce moving out through a driveway. Going by its look, the car is finished in Salamanca Blue with its interior in a Moccasin shade. The car’s finish also comes in a beautiful shade with golden pinstriping.

The Cullinan which is the first-ever SUV that has been launched in the market has already gained a lot of attention from buyers including Indian celebrities. Meanwhile, this is not the first Rolls Royce in Joy Alukkas’ collection. He earlier purchased a Series 1 Rolls Royce Ghost luxury. Besides that, his son who is also said to be a car enthusiast owns many other expensive cars like the Lamborghini Huracan, Porsche 911, Toyota Land Cruiser LC300, the current generation Mahindra Thar, and a Kawasaki Ninja superbike.
Rolls Royce Cullinan: All You Need To Know
The Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV comes with a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged petrol engine that can generate 569 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque. Further, the engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Just like any other Rolls Royce model, this one is also designed to offer the utmost comfort to the occupants with amazing ride quality, extremely silent cabin, and creature comforts are all offered by the brand. Along with that, it also has a large touchscreen infotainment system with a redundant controller on the center console followed by a rear-seat entertainment option that adds a 12.0-inch screen to the back of each front seat.
Talking about its price, the price of the SUV goes up based on its customisations. The price for a standard Rolls Royce Cullinan starts at Rs 6.95 crore (ex-showroom). The car comes in around 11 colour variants including Diamond Black, Anthracite, Jubilee Silver, Silver, Midnight Blue, Darkest Tungsten, Salamanca Blue, Scala Red, Bohemian Red, English White, and Arctic White.
