Woman Claims She Received Vial Of Human Blood With Her Shein Order
Anna Elliott reported the incident to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the sheriff’s office.

In a shocking incident, a woman from the USA said that she has received a vial of blood inside her Shein order. Anna Elliott shared this bizarre and potentially dangerous incident in a video that she posted on TikTok and YouTube. Elliot said that she had ordered clothes from the fast fashion company but instead got a blood vial. Elliott shared that the vial had “no name, no doctor’s office, no date". Yet, she was able to get in touch with the testing company that collected the blood sample. When she connected with the testing company, she was told that the company was just as surprised.

In her video, Elliott said, “The lady from the testing company said they are trying to track it down. She said that it was completely mishandled, and that they don’t even ship blood to residents. They only ship blood back and forth between doctors." Elliott promptly informed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about the incident and said that the CDC described the incident as a potential biohazard. The public health agency has since filed a report on the matter.

The Tennessee resident also informed her local Sheriff’s office about the same. The officials from the Sheriff’s office collected the blood vial. Commenting on her video, a YouTube user wrote, “That’s insane! How can they possibly mess up this badly? I’m glad you weren’t hurt or anything and that the police are looking into it. Hopefully, they can figure out who was responsible."

In another video, posted a day later on March 13, Elliott said that the police told her that they would not be testing the vial or investigating where it came from. She added that the only way police will test the blood sample is if the CDC directly intervenes, but since it is unlikely, Elliott said that the police will most likely dispose of the blood vial.

Elliott claimed that Shein first did not respond to her queries but responded to her once she started posting about the incident on social media. The fast fashion company is denying any wrongdoing on their part. Elliott said, “They are trying to act like they had nothing to do with it." She urged people to treat Shein packages carefully and said that a friend recently reached out to her and said that she received a used syringe with her Shein order. The syringe could have easily poked her friend and infected her.
