SK Sharma, the Secretary of Orange County Society, shared that this upside-down house was built in 2009. The cost of the building is valued at 15 to 20 crores. He shared the details with Local18.
The upside-down house in Indirapuram is a popular spot for selfies. Its unique design makes it a must-visit spot for many people. Since visitors aren’t allowed inside for security reasons, they take pictures and selfies from outside, capturing the building from different angles. SK Sharma said that if someone needs to go to Ahimsa Khand in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, they can easily find their way by using the Ulta Ghar as a landmark. He mentioned that Ulta Ghar offers many public facilities that require membership, but these are only available to society members. The Caracalla Club, located in the Ulta Ghar, is open six days a week and is closed on Mondays for maintenance.
