UK Man Leaves Home, Shifts To A Tent After Second Child: Reason Will Shock You
38-year-old Stuart could not balance his professional as well as personal life and therefore started residing in a tent.

A man leaves his home and starts living in the garden by making a tent after he cannot cope with the challenges of being a father. This news has ignited debate and garnered widespread attention among the public on social media.

According to reports, the 38-year-old Stuart, a school teacher by profession and his 33-year-old wife Chloe Hamilton, a resident of Cambridge, recently became parents for the second time. Their elder son Fabian is 2-year-old and after having their second baby, Stuart’s behaviour started changing as he could not balance his professional and personal life. He started facing challenges grooming his children.

Finding it difficult to face the challenges, Stuart built a tent in the garden of the house and started residing in it. His quick decision not only baffled his family members but also the neighbours. People started thinking that perhaps the couple may have a hostile relationship. Nevertheless, Chloe understood her husband’s real reason for moving out of his room was their children. Chloe, noticing her husband’s behavioural changes, cited, “After having a child everyone asks about the mother’s well-being but no one talks about the father’s.”

Additionally, she mentioned, that ever since her husband started residing in the garden, her relationship with him also improved. Both can communicate in a better way with each other and her husband seems less tired. Stuart also cited, that now he is comfortable residing in a tent, advising other fathers to take care of their mental health. He also says that Chloe has been supportive throughout his stays in the tent as she does not mind the fact that her husband does not help her in taking care of the children at night, because the wife believes that there are no such takes at night in which Stuart can help.

This issue is seen not only among mothers but also among fathers. It is called postnatal depression. Fathers may feel that they are under pressure and find it challenging to cope with the difficulties of being a parent. Others may also feel that they are not giving their partner the support she needs.
