The 46-year-old billionaire, Bryan Johnson, renowned for his ventures into anti-ageing, has recently unveiled a video claiming victory over baldness and greying hair. With over 500,000 views on YouTube, Johnson is trending once again for his groundbreaking solutions to common ageing concerns, following his previous endeavours in age reversal.

In the video shared on YouTube, Johnson advises viewers to take action before experiencing hair thinning or loss, emphasizing the importance of early intervention. He reveals his regimen, which includes red light therapy, a practice he undergoes daily to maintain healthy hair. This therapy involves wearing a battery-operated cap that massages the scalp for six minutes, stimulating blood circulation and accelerating hair follicle activity.

Johnson then applies a specialized oil containing ingredients such as caffeine, finasteride, minoxidil, azelaic acid, diclofenac, tea tree oil, rosemary, ginkgo biloba, biotin, and melatonin. Following this, he employs microneedling as a third tactic to halt balding, aiming to provoke hair growth through small skin-penetrating injuries. Additionally, he undergoes injections of specialized platelet plasma to further stimulate hair growth.

To combat greying hair, Johnson introduces two products: GR7, an anti-hair loss and anti-greying treatment applied three to four times a week, and Mayraki, a colourful herbal extract used once a week. Johnson claims these treatments have undergone microscopic observation through hair biopsies, showing promising results for hair growth.

In the video, Johnson advises those unsure of where to begin to consider using 5% Romaine or its generic version, Minoxidil. Notably, he spends a staggering Rs 16 crore annually on treatments under his Project Blueprint, dedicated to reducing his biological age. His regimen includes consuming over 100 supplements daily, overseen by a team of 30 doctors.

Bryan Johnson’s commitment to combating ageing through innovative methods continues to win audiences’ belief, offering hope and inspiration to those seeking similar transformations.
