A video shared by the Instagram page @universal_exploring provided a glimpse into the unique serving style at Sambarpot, a restaurant in Delhi. The process began with pouring piping hot sambhar into the pot, followed by arranging small idlis atop, and finally, drizzling coconut and red chutney over the ensemble before sealing it with aluminium foil. The pot was then placed on a stove to heat before being presented directly to the diner. Only after lifting the lid was the concoction poured onto a plate, ready to be savoured.
