Man Slams Woman For Posing In Backless Dress, Internet Says 'Annoying And Belittling'
Social media users have spoken up in favour of the woman who was attacked by a man after she posted a photo of herself.

A man is facing backlash on social media after condemning a woman for her photo where she is wearing a backless dress. It all began when the woman from Atlanta uploaded a photo of herself facing away from the camera while wearing an off-white outfit. She said in her Threads post that she wore the ensemble to a family gathering. She also posted other screenshots, which she claimed to be communications from someone who was offended by her photo.

“What do y’all think of someone saying this to me about me posting this photo? Keep in mind I had this dress on at a family event,” the woman mentioned in her post.

As per the screenshots of the conversation, the man began by writing, “Respectfully… You should never pose with your back to the camera.” When the woman enquired as to why, he just said “Respect.” The woman then responded by writing, “Respectfully, I was just giving the camera a break from my amazing face.”

The man then responded, saying, “You’re too beautiful to advertise you a**. The man you really want and your future family will respect these words.” Additionally, he wrote, “High character, integrity, intelligence, supreme consciousness and etc. is what your future desires. Take care. This message was sent to you with love and respect. Salute.”

The woman shared the post on October 14 and it has collected over 3,000 likes. Several users came out in support of the woman.

A user on Threads wrote, “I’m confused as to why you continued the conversation after his first comment. This is a waste of your energy. Block and move.”

Another said, “Queen, you definitely took the high road. You showed him more respect than he deserved.”

“I get where he’s coming from but putting everything in the perspective of “the man who wants you” is annoying and belittling. Everything we do as women is not to attract/keep a man,” a person commented.

“Ugh, so unnecessary I cannot stand mf’s like that. Acting like they know everything and they’re that type of man any way you look great,” expressed another angry user.
