In today’s busy world, especially in big cities, people rarely do anything for others. Now, a video is going viral that shows an old man doing something considerate for Mumbai’s bus drivers. The clip shows an old man standing in the middle of a road in the early morning hours and approaching the Mumbai city buses. He then hands out packets of biscuits to each driver who slows down their bus as they approach him. This clip was reportedly taken at Mumbai’s Hughes Road. The Instagram video was simply captioned, “My cutest morning view.”
It was posted on March 6 and so far it has gathered over 1.5 lakh likes. In the comments, many people admitted to having seen the old man many times while passing through the area. Commenting on the video, an Instagram user wrote, “I know this uncle. My brother is a bus driver. Uncle gives Parle G biscuits to drivers and conductors from 5.30 am to 8 am every day. I was only hearing this scene from my brother but today I was able to see it through this video. Thank you for this beautiful video.”

Another said, “I know this uncle too, he gives biscuits to my son as well.” An Instagram user expressed surprise at something like this happening in Mumbai and asserted, “I am surprised to see this happening in busy and always running on foot Mumbai…Thank you for sharing this to us.” Someone described the old man’s act as a “Perfect example of creating your own happiness.”
An Instagram user who claimed to be the unnamed old man’s relative also commented on the now-viral video and wrote, “Thanks for posting this but that’s my nana and has been doing this since the last 40 years. Making him viral is not what we are looking at but we would rather have people join us in helping others. He would appreciate you standing beside him and handing out something to the bus drivers rather than creating videos and adding it to social media. Thank you.”
Another Instagram user shared a similar act of kindness done by another old man and shared, “I travel by bus to the office, and there’s a kind old uncle who shares Good Day biscuit packets with everyone, including the driver and conductor every day!”
