Greece Flight Takes Off With Only Two Passengers, Captain Asks Them To Consider It A Private Jet

Generally, taking a flight and jetting off to some place is far more convenient than boarding a train. For this one couple, their flight turned into quite an amazing experience, which a common man can only dream of. This couple had booked two tickets for themselves on the flight, but after boarding, they were in for a surprise of their lifetime!

In 2021, Kevin and Samantha McCullian were flying off to Greece. In an interview with the media, they revealed that Kevin got a ticket for a Jet 17 flight to Manchester. After reaching the airport, the couple realised that there were no other passengers to board this flight except for them. They were given a “king treatment” and the plane took off with just these two.

As per reports, when Samantha and Kevin noticed no other passengers at the airport. The couple assumed that they (couple) must have arrived late and the other passengers might already be inside. However, when they boarded the flight, it was a different scenario altogether.

Samantha revealed that while checking in, they felt strange as there was no one around, not even at the passport control centre. She shared that they felt something was “wrong”, maybe their flight “got cancelled”, or they arrived “quite late”. Upon checking the time, they saw that they were absolutely on time, but the airport sounded extremely peaceful. They even asked the employees who informed them that everything was fine.

Reportedly, the couple boarded the shuttle bus and then climbed the stairs of the plane, only to be warmly welcomed by the Captain and two flight attendants. It was then they were informed that they would be the only passengers on the flight. It further turned interesting when the Captain said that instead of making announcements, he would give all the information to the couple about where they were flying off to, and the weather outside to mention a few. He asked the couple to think of it as a “private jet” and can do whatever they want.

The couple shared that it was “quite surprising” for them. The crew members were quite sweet to them and offered them champagne to drink and sweets to eat. Interestingly, they were not charged for anything. They completed their 4-hour long flight by laughing and joking with the crew members and felt like “winning the lottery”.
