The man holds his wife’s hand, standing opposite to him, and gently pulls her in.

The elderly woman then mimics the lyrics of the film’s iconic song Aaye Ho Meri Zindagi Mei and dances with her husband. The two sway to the music and embrace each other occasionally, looking at each other with affectionate eyes. The video stands as proof that age is just a number when it comes to love.

The video was quick to win the hearts of the internet population. One user pointed out, “Not all Instagram reels are embarrassing, some are actually enjoyable and entertaining.” “How cute” exclaimed another. A third individual pointed out that the elderly couple’s love was a sign of their “True friendship.” So far, the video has garnered over 20,000 views on the micro-blogging platform.

This is not the first time that a video of an aged pair enjoying each other’s company has gone viral. Earlier, another clip captured an elderly couple flaunting their on-fleek dance moves to the famous Haryanvi song Kallo.

The duo demonstrated their unbridled enthusiasm and energetic steps to the upbeat track in the short clip, earring applause from social media users. But it was the expressions of the elderly man that grabbed the eyeballs of the internet. The affection they harboured for one another made the video extra special.
