Wii U will support off-TV play, allowing users to keep playing on the gamepad when the TV is occupied.
Nintendo has announced that the highly popular "Minecraft" game will launch on the Wii U December 17 for $29.99.
Although the game will look the same on Nintendo as it does on other console versions, Wii U will support off-TV play, allowing users to keep playing on the gamepad when the TV is occupied.
In addition to making the Mojang-produced game available on Nintendo for the first time, the manufacturer and the game developer are collaborating on the creation of new game content for Nintendo users in the coming months.
