Apple might refresh things a bit with the premium iPhone 16 Pro series this year, with people expected to see new colour variants of the 16 Pro and the 16 Pro Max as per reports. We have seen Apple launch yellow and green coloured iPhones but the Pro models tend to launch in silver and metal colours. We did see things get better with the blue and one more colour option for those buying the 15 Pro and the 15 Pro Max.
But we might be about to see the company change things this year, with the iPhone 15 Pro colourways making way for new shades. The iPhone 16 Pro series could see new variants which reports say will be called Desert Yellow and Titanium Grey.
It has been mentioned that the Desert Yellow could have shades of gold tinge similar to the iPhone 14 Pro model with a deeper range of colour. Similarly, the Grey variant could be similar to the iPhone 6 model that came out many years back.
The iPhone 16 series in general could have some new design tweaks which could include a different camera module at the back. The vanilla and Plus models will most likely come powered by the A17 Pro chipset, while the 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max use the latest A18 chipset with advanced AI skills in tow.
All eyes will be on how Apple plans to upgrade the cameras on the Pros that compete with the Google Pixel 9 and the recently-launched Galaxy S24 Ultra from Samsung this year in the market. It has been pointed out that the front camera on the iPhones could see a big improvement which will definitely excite people planning to buy the new iPhone Pros later this year.
