New Delhi: In response to complaints on social media platforms and the company's forum about the fake OnePlus 2 invites, OnePlus has come up with a brief guide advising people as to how they can avoid falling for the fake invites.
The company, in its blog post, has listed a few points that can help buyers differentiate between a genuine and a fake OnePlus 2 invite. While a fake invite may look strikingly similar to a genuine one, the following tips can help you ascertain if it's real.
1. Genuine invites will only come from: [email protected]. In case you receive an invite from a different email id, that should be your first cue that it is fake.
2. Secondly, the link will redirect you first to the company's claim page and then to Amazon India.
Remember that each user can buy only one device at a time. On trying to make a second purchase the order will be automatically cancelled by Amazon.
