The new feature will let you choose what shows on the top of your News Feed every time you log into the social network.

New Delhi: As part of its continuous efforts at improving the user experience on its mobile site, Facebook is experimenting with a new feature that will alter the way News Feed shows up on your hand-held devices.

The new feature will let you choose what shows on the top of your News Feed every time you log into the social network. It will also include the ability to let you prioritise friends whose posts you don’t want to miss.

A report on SocialTimes notes that some mobile users will be shown a box with an animated puppy, prompting the user to ‘See more of what you love.’ This will lead them to a screen with bubbles of all the friends and pages they could prioritize.

Till now users had to opt-in for notifications if they wanted to ensure every post from a friend or page showed up on their News Feed.

What's your reaction?
