6. Serlui is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Mizoram and is part of Mizoram Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Serlui falls in Kolasib district and North region of Mizoram. It is categorized as a rural seat.
There are a total of 19,012 voters in the seat, which includes 9,364 male voters, and 9,648 female voters. In the 2018 Mizoram elections, Serlui recorded a voter turnout of 83.65%. In 2013 the turnout was 82.93%, and in 2008 it was 82.9%.
In 2013, K Lalrinthanga of INC won the seat by a margin of 1,406 votes (10.06%). K Lalrinthanga secured 40.52% of the total votes polled.
INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 924 votes (7.61%), registering 37.35% of the total votes polled.
In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, INC led in the Serlui Assembly segment of the Mizoram Parliamentary/Lok Sabha constituency.
