Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said we have to overcome the weaknesses in our security system.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday night drove straight on his return from Dhaka to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi to visit those injured in the bomb blast outside Delhi High Court.

Singh said, "We have some leads on today's blast but it is too early to say which group is behind it. There are weaknesses in our security system and terrorists are taking advantage of them, we have to overcome these."

Singh, who arrived in New Delhi after his two-day Bangladesh visit, met the injured and enquired about their condition from doctors.

Earlier the Prime Minister had asked all the political parties and citizens of the country to stand united and not to succumb to the nefarious designs of terror groups.

"This is a cowardly act of terrorists. We will deal with it. We will never succumb to the pressure of terrorism. This is a long war in which all the political parties, all the people of India have to stand united," said Singh in Dhaka where he was on a two-day visit.

Around 50 out of 66 injured are admitted at the RML Hospital.
