New Delhi: GM Siddeshwara, hailing from the most powerful Lingayat community, is the third time Lok Sabha member.

62-year-old Siddeshwara has followed in the footsteps of his father G Mallikarjunappa who was also Member of Parliament from BJP.
Siddeshwara has worked at various party positions both at state and National levels.
He is the Chairman and Advisor for the GM Group with an annual turnover over Rs 200 Crores.
The Group companies include GEM Laboratories Pvt Ltd, GM Software Pvt Ltd, Srishyla Farms, GEM International( Three Star Hotel Project in Bangalore), GM Sugars, GM Institute of Technology.
