SSC MTS and Havaldar Final Result 2023: Candidates who appeared for the exams can now download their results from ssc.nic.in

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the final result of the Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff (MTS) as well as Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination 2023 on December 18. Along with the final result, the commission has also issued the cut-off marks for the MTS and the Havaldar exam 2023. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam can now download their results from the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in.

According to an official notice, a total of 1,729 candidates met the requirements, with 1,346 applying for the MTS position and 383 for the havaldar position. However, the commission withheld the results of 57 applicants due to suspected malpractice. Additionally, the notice states that 25 candidates’ results have not been processed because their candidatures have been cancelled.

“The PET/ PST for the posts of Havaldar was conducted by CBIC from 22.11.2023 to 29.11.2023 at various centers all over the country. As per the PET/ PST data provided by the CBIC, 3179 candidates appeared in the PET/PST out of which 3041 candidates have qualified the PET/PST for the post of Havaldar (CBIC & CBN),” read the official notice.

SSC MTS & Havaldar Final Result 2023: Steps To Download

Step 1: Go to the official website of SSC atssc.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Result’ tab.

Step 3: Then click on the “Others” link.

Step 4: As a new page opens, click on MTS and Havaldar result 2023 link.

Step 5: The result will appear in PDF format.

Step 6: Check and download the final result.

Candidates should keep in mind that the final answer keys and the qualified/non-qualified candidates’ marks will soon be accessible on the commission website.

Further in the notice, the commission stated that in situations where multiple candidates received identical total scores in session 2, the tie was broken by sequentially using the following techniques in the specified order:

– Marks for Session 2’s General Awareness (GA)

– Total of the session 1’s normalised marks.

– Date of birth (DoB): preference is given to the older candidate.

– Names in alphabetical order.

The Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) for the posts of Havaldar was held at various locations across the nation from November 22 to 29, this year, while the Computer Based Test (CBT) was held from September 1 to 14, 2023.
