The National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Limited has notified the recruitment of executive trainees through GATE 2021 at its official website – www.nmdc.co.in. The application process is open and will conclude on March 21. This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up 67 posts for various streams.
All the graduate engineers who have qualified GATE are eligible to apply. Eligible applicants will be shortlisted for group discussion and interview on the basis of GATE 2021 marks. The final merit list will be prepared after combining the marks of GATE as well as GD and interview.
GATE 2021 score will have 70 per cent weighatge while the group discussion and interview will have 15 per cent weightage, each. Candidates selected as executive trainees will be placed on training for one year. After successful completion of training the candidates shall be placed under probation for one year.

Step 3. Select ‘Fresh Candidates’ and create login credentials.
Step 4. Save the registered user id and password and proceed to the application form.
Step 5. Complete the application form and submit.
Step 6. Make a payment of Rs 500 as a processing fee. Download confirmation page for future reference.

NMDC recruitment through GATE 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Applicants must have completed a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of Engineering & Technology. Those who are in final year/semester of BTech are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit: The age limit of the applicants should not be more than 27 years of age as of the last date of the online application.
NMDC recruitment through GATE 2021: Salary
Executive trainees will be offered basic pay of Rs 50,000 plus Dearness Allowances (IDA). On successful completion of training of one year, executive trainees will be designated as assistant managers in the scale pay of Rs 60,000 -Rs 1,80,000 and initial basic pay will be fixed at Rs 60,000 per month.
