The University of Delhi (DU) will release the merit list for the final special spot round admissions via CSAS today, September 27 at 5 PM. Interested and eligible candidates can view the merit list at the official website admission.uod.ac.in. Candidates can accept allotted seats soon after the results are released up till 5 pm tomorrow, September 28.
The allocation of seats will be done through the availability of seats, programme-specific merit, order of preference of colleges (colleges and programmes), and category of the candidates, DU said in an official notice. Following the release of the merit list, candidates must accept their seats otherwise DU will forfeit the student’s eligibility for further admission to the varsity.
Colleges will be allowed to verify the documents and approve the admissions between September 27 and 29, up to 5 pm. Candidates must note that the deadline to pay the admission fees is September 30, up to 5 pm. The registration process for the DU UG admission final special spot round concluded on September 26.

This year, Delhi University admitted students on the basis of their CUET 2023 scores. DU conducts Common Seat Allocation System (UG) 2023 for the UG admissions. The CSAS comprises three stages which include applying to the University of Delhi, filling out the preferences for courses as well as colleges, and finally the allocation of seats and admission to colleges. Candidates were required to enter their CUET UG 2023 application number to access the application portal. The first list of colleges allocated via CSAS was published on August 1.
