Rati Pandey: Rati Pandey, masterfully portrayed by R. Madhavan, is the fearless General Manager, Central Zone of the Indian Railways. Known for his unshakeable resolve and a reputation for handling disasters with unwavering nerves, he became the guiding force during the unprecedented calamity in Bhopal Junction. R.
