Koffee With Karan Season 8: Bollywood actresses Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday have taken the internet by storm with their shocking revelations on the latest season of Koffee With Karan. The duo will grace the Koffee couch on an upcoming episode this week and will answer a series of interesting questions related to their personal lives. Host Karan Johar on Monday took to his Instagram account to share a quirky teaser from the episode.
The promo shows Karan introduce Sara and Ananya in style as he calls them “highly inflammable girls.” He begins the show by telling them, “You have ex-boyfriends in common.” To which, Sara replies, “That’s a very good start to the show and I like suspicious talks.” Later, Ananya cheekily adds, “Let’s address ‘Liger’ in the room.” For the unversed, Liger is Karan Johar’s 2022 co-production which marked Telugu star Vijay Deverakonda’s debut in Bollywood. The film co-starred Ananya.
Who are these ex-boyfriends?
While we know Sara and Kartik Aaryan were in a relationship during the filming of Love Aaj Kal, Karan Johar, in the last season, had hinted at Ananya also dating Kartik. Additionally, there were rumours about her dating Vijay Deverakonda when reports of her breakup with Ishaan Khatter surfaced on the internet.
Interestingly, in the last season, Sara had also expressed her desire to date Vijay Deverakonda. Sara had appeared on Koffee With Karan with Janhvi Kapoor in Season 7. When Karan asked Sara, “Give me a name of a boy you feel like you want to date today,” she reacted, “No no, no,” and then went on to take Vijay Deverakonda’s name.
Later, Vijay shared the clip on his Instagram Stories and wrote to Sara: “I love how you say, Deverakonda. Cutest. Sending big hugs and my affection.”
While Vijay is currently rumoured to be in a relationship with Rashmika Mandanna, Ananya Panday is said to be dating Aditya Roy Kapur.
