Old Photo Of Dawood Ibrahim’s Daughter From Her Wedding Day Viral
There were speculations whether Dawood Ibrahim had attended Mahrukh's wedding or not.

Underworld don and fugitive Dawood Ibrahim was the centre of the news after social media went abuzz with reports of him being poisoned. A report by India Today, however, confirmed that Dawood Ibrahim is neither poisoned nor dead. Much has been written regarding the don, but little is known about his family. This space articulates information and photos of Dawood’s elder daughter Mahrukh Ibrahim. She tied the knot with former Pakistani cricketer Javed Miandad’s son, Junaid. The wedding took place at a luxury resort hotel Grand Hyatt Dubai on July 23, 2005. Recently, the old photo from their wedding yet again resurfaced and went viral. In the photos, Mahrukh can be seen covered in gold jewellery. She donned a saree embellished with gold beads. She also accessorised with gold bangles, maang tika, and an array of necklaces as well. Her husband Junaid was dressed in a blue t-shirt, colour-coordinated coat, and pants. There are reports that Mahrukh and Junaid are living a luxurious life. As per reports, Dawood has given a sizable portion of his property to the couple.

There were speculations whether Dawood had attended Mahrukh’s wedding or not. According to a prominent Pakistani newspaper, Dawn, Dawood didn’t attend the wedding. It was reported that guests arriving from overseas, some of them VIPs, were lodged at the hotel before the event. Khaleej Times had reported on the attire of the guests and the decor of the premises. The report read,”And the bases of the candle-stands were covered with pink roses and white tulips… The centre-stage for the bride and the groom was draped in white, with the approach to the stage decorated with pink roses and orchids. A green sofa for two was placed on the stage … The spread for the guests included 12 dishes for the main course, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, besides five kinds of salad, and papad. For dessert, there was a wide choice including jalebis.”

As per reports, Dawood also missed the wedding reception to avoid being photographed. He is infamous in India for the Mumbai blasts of 1993. Many people had lost their lives in a series of bombings that rocked the city and changed it forever.
