The highly anticipated film ‘Farrey’ marked the grand trailer launch with the film’s exceptional ensemble. Directed by national award-winning filmmaker Soumendra Padhi, ‘Farrey’ boasts a stellar cast, including Alizeh, Zeyn Shaw, Sahil Mehta, Prasanna Bisht, Ronit Bose Roy, and Juhi Babbar Soni. The film is set to hit the theaters on November 24, and the buzz surrounding Alizeh’s debut is reaching its peak.
At the trailer launch event, Alizeh opened up about her big-screen debut. “I wouldn’t want to judge myself on the big screen. I’ll trust my audience and wait for the reviews to come in,” she said.
Alizeh also revealed the valuable advice she received from Bollywood’s iconic Salman Khan. “Be as real as you can. Subtlety is the best, and don’t overact,” she said.
Speaking about signing the film, Alizeh said, “I love the script; it’s very impactful, and that’s what I wanted for my debut.” She went on to describe the extensive preparation that went into the film, with numerous workshops, rehearsals, and retakes. “By the time we reached the set, we knew it by heart. Our director was very professional with us on set, but he also gave us the creative freedom to improvise, and a lot of it was just naturally shot.”
Alizeh’s dedication to her craft is undeniable. She expressed the pressure she feels, stating, “I, of course, feel the pressure. You know when you’re on this stage, you need to wear the right clothes and say the right things, but I’m also really happy. I found comfort in my character when I got to know the role better and found similarities of her in myself.”
Speaking of the bond the cast shared on the set the debutant said, “The best part of his movie has to be my costars. We are such great friends on and off set, we immediately bonded. We spent a lot of time together even while rehearsing. I couldn’t have done it without them”
Salman Khan also gave the cast the industry point of view and advice on entering the world of entertainment as he said, “We all started from our debut movies. The film will have its own destiny, and their careers will have their own. What matters is what you do next and how you keep it up. Just keep working and working.” Encouraging the cast he also said, “ The cast and director have worked very hard to make it, and it’s a must-watch on the big screen.”
Farrey is set to release on November 24.
