The much-anticipated film Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan, premiered in the theatres on October 10. Among the excited fans was actor Dhanush, who made a special appearance at Chennai’s Rohini Theatre to catch the first-day first-show. Videos of Dhanush’s arrival at the cinema have circulated online, capturing the enthusiastic moments as he entered the theatre.
In one of the videos, fans erupted in cheers as Dhanush stepped out of his car and made his way to the theatre. The actor acknowledged their excitement, waving at the crowd before quickly heading inside to enjoy the Vettaiyan show.

Apart from Dhanush, music composer Anirudh Ravichander also showed up for Vettaiyan’s first show. Videos of him enjoying the movie with the public have surfaced online.

Apart from them, Rajinikanth’s family members, including his wife Latha, daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth, and grandson Linga, also arrived for the film’s screening at the Rohini Theatre.

Dhanush has always been a great admirer of the South superstar. However, his arrival at Rajinikanth’s film screening comes at a time when the actor is in the process of getting a mutual divorce from his wife Aishwarya, daughter of Rajinikanth. The couple recently skipped the hearing for their case, sparking speculations of whether they are reconsidering their relationship. Even though the estranged couple mutually filed for divorce, they are often spotted together after announcing their separation in 2022.
