Vin Diesel Celebrates Jordana Brewster's Birthday With Sweet Post: ‘Life Is Better Because Of You'
On Jordana Brewster's birthday, her Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel took to Instagram to shower her with love and appreciation.

Family is above everything for the cast of Fast and Furious, both on and off-screen. Among all the team members, Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster’s bond has grown stronger since the inception of the franchise two decades ago. Despite the changes and challenges that have come their way over the years, their love for each other remains constant, especially during special moments. The duo, who play brother-sister Dominic Toretto and Mia Toretto in the series, have shared numerous memorable moments and never forget to celebrate each other’s birthdays. Recently, as Brewster turned a year older, Diesel took to Instagram to shower his co-star with love and appreciation.

The actor shared a sweet picture of their characters sharing a hug on screen and admired Brewster’s smile, calling her a beautiful and pure soul. He wrote, “That smile. The smile of joy, love and light. One that represents the beautiful soul that you are. Blessed am I to call you my sister, both on screen and off, for more than two decades. Our brilliant accomplishments couldn’t have been achieved without you. The moments celebrating new life or the hard times, when forced to reckon with losing a loved one. Life itself has been better, because of you. That smile, so beautiful, so pure. I love you, forever. Happy Birthday Sis.”

The Fast and Furious franchise began with Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez as the leads. However, Walker’s untimely death due to a car crash left team members heartbroken. Despite the loss, Diesel, Brewster and Rodriguez remained united and carried the hit franchise forward. Initially, there were discussions about Walker’s brother Cody Walker would be stepping into his shoes, but the idea was shelved. Currently, the team is preparing for the release of the franchise’s eleventh and final film, which is scheduled to hit theatres in 2025.

Earlier this year, sharing a quick update about the upcoming film, Diesel wrote, “Just finished our end of the week Fast meeting with the writers and the whole team, to say the excitement for our finale was incredibly powerful is an understatement. Wow. So exciting. While everyone was heading into the weekend amped and excited, I thought of you all, reminded of the countless moments when your enthusiasm and passion became the driving force behind our creative journey. Your commitment to our saga has had a unique impact on its success and evolution. Thank you for being the backbone of this global saga. This grand finale is not just an ending, it’s a celebration of the incredible family we’ve built together.”
