Vijay Varma and Tamannah Bhatia have been the talk of the town ever since they made their relationship official. While fans love their chemistry, there is eager anticipation for details about their rumoured upcoming wedding. Vijay recently took time out of his busy schedule to interact with his fans and hosted an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram. While he was swamped with questions regarding his professional life, Vijay’s fans were curious about his wedding date. Here’s what the actor replied.
During the Ask Me Anything session, a user, whom Vijay Varma introduced as his niece asked him about his wedding plans. The user asked “Kab Shaadi karre??!!!!! (when are you getting married)”. The actor gave quite a diplomatic answer to it and avoided any confrontation. He replied, “My niece asking mom questions already ( red goblin emoji) also I heard it in Hyderabadi.”
Earlier, during the Sahitya Aaj Tak event in Delhi last year. Vijay jokingly shared about his plans of getting married. He stated, “Koi ladki nahi chahti ki mai shaadi karu, pehli baat toh! Na to iska jawab mai mataji ko de pata hun na kisi aur ko (First of all, no girl wants me to get married. I give this answer to neither my mother nor anyone else).”
Meanwhile, during the recent Ask Me Anything session, many fans made several inquiries about the actor’s upcoming projects. One of them asked, “When are we seeing you next in a romantic role?” Much to the delight of his fandom, Vijay said, “Veryyyy soon! It’s in the making. Till then…enjoy Jaane jaan’s unsaid romance,”
On the professional front, Vijay Varma most recently appeared in Sujoy Ghosh’s movie Jaane Jaan, opposite Jaideep Ahlawat and Kareena Kapoor Khan. He was also acclaimed for his performance in the web series Dahaad opposite Sonakshi Sinha. The actor has a slew of interesting projects in the pipeline. He is currently filming for Ul Jalool Ishq which is being shot in Amritsar and Patiala, Punjab.
Written and directed by Vibu Puri, the film also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Shaarib Hashmi. Ul Jalool Ishq, backed by Manish Malhotra and Dinesh Malhotra, will be released under the Stage 5 production banner. Vijay will also appear in Murder Mubarak, starring Karisma Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan.
