Bigg Boss 17 Grand Finale: Ankita Lokhande has been evicted from Bigg Boss 17. After entertaining the audience on Salman Khan’s popular reality show for months, Ankita left the show as the Top 4th contestant on Sunday, January 28. Her eviction came as a shock to everyone, especially her husband Vicky Jain.

Vicky Jain was seen teary-eyed as Ankita’s eviction was announced. Meanwhile, Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar and Mannara Chopra were seen dancing to celebrate becoming the top 3 contestants on the show. Ankita’s fellow contestants outside the house were also left in shock. Watch here:

After Ankita appeared on stage with Salman Khan, the host also expressed his shock. He said, “I am shocked. I thought you would become the winner. I am shocked that you are not. I don’t know what has happened that you have come out of the house. The whole team is shocked.”

“Last year, I thought Priyanka (Chahar Chaudhury) would win and this year, I had the feeling that Ankita would win. Aur jitne bhi Bigg Boss seasons huye hai, I think this [Ankita’s journey] must have been the toughest journeys of all time,” he added.

Ankita said that she didn’t know what to say. The actress then said that she was happy since her mother was standing next to her. Ankita later told Salman, “Mujhe laga that mujhe badi problem logi agar main jaldi nikal jaati hoon.” Ankita added that she felt “okay” due to her mother’s presence.

The actress constantly made headlines throughout her journey owing to the dynamics of her relationships – whether with her husband Vicky Jain, Vicky’s mother, or even her ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput.

While Ankita has been evicted from the show, Salman Khan will soon announce the winner from among Munawar Faruqui, Abhishek Kumar and Mannara Chopra.
