Looking for fitness motivation? Siddhant Chaturvedi’s latest Instagram story will get you moving. Hours ago, the actor added a picture on social media that captured him engrossed in strength training in what seems to be his house in Mumbai. He decided to go shirtless for his fitness session, flaunting his chiselled body in the picture. We bet you can’t take your eyes off him.
Siddhant Chaturvedi is a true blue fitness enthusiast and goes beyond the extent to get into the skin of the character, indulging in rigorous training. For his film Yudhra wherein the actor played the titular role, he mastered three martial arts disciples, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. Earlier, his training instructor Rohit Nair also reflected on his training for the film.
In a conversation with The Indian Express, he said, “I didn’t work on the action in Yudhra, but I trained Siddhant because he wanted to be better at action as he had a lot of action requirements in the film. He did regular MMA and jiu-jitsu with me before he went for the action scenes. Everything wasn’t shot in Mumbai, and I couldn’t travel with him, but he trained with me for MMA, kickboxing, and jiu-jitsu while he was here.”
Work-wise, Siddhant Chaturvedi is currently busy with the filming of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming Tum Hi Ho. The musical romance will mark Siddhant’s collaboration with Mrunal Thakur. Directed by Ravi Udyawar, Siddhant’s film has been in production since May 2023. The second phase of shooting commenced in September.
Apart from Tum Hi Ho, Siddhant Chaturvedi will be seen in Dharma Productions’ Dhadak 2. The much-awaited sequel is scheduled to hit the theatres in February 2025. Siddhant has also been brought on board for the lead role in Director Vikas Bahl’s film. In the film, he will be seen alongside Wamiqa Gabbi and Jaya Bachchan, with both the ladies playing key roles.
That’s not all. Kho Gaye Hum Kahan 2 is also in the making. It will see the original cast including Siddhant, Ananya Panday and Adarsh Gourav reprising their roles. Alaya F will also join them to play a key role in the most awaited sequel.
