Shilpa Shetty Visits Salman Khan Days After Firing Incident, Video of Actress With Her Mother Goes Viral

Shilpa Shetty visited Salman Khan on Thursday afternoon. The actress was snapped by the paparazzi a while back as she arrived at Khan’s Galaxy Apartments residence in Mumbai. In a video that surfaced on social media, Shetty was seen stepping out of her car. She was also accompanied by her mother, Sunanda Shetty.

Shilpa and Salman have been friends for a long time now. The two have worked together on several films including, Phir Milenge, Dus, Shaadi Karke Phas Gaya Yaar, Garv: Pride and Honour and Auzaar. While the reason for Shilpa Shetty’s visit to Salman Khan’s house remains unknown, it should be noted that this comes days after a gunshot was fired outside the Tiger actor’s residence.

On April 14, gunshots were fired outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. The Mumbai Crime Branch arrested the two accused from Gujarat’s Bhuj later following which they were brought to Mumbai. The accused were identified as Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal.

While Salman Khan has not issued any statement as of now, his brother, Arbaaz reacted to the firing, saying the family has been “taken aback” by the shocking incident. Sharing a lengthy statement on his official Instagram handle, Arbaaz said, “The recent incident of firing by two unidentified persons on a motorcycle at Galaxy apartment the residence of the Salim Khan family is very disturbing and unnerving. Our family has been taken aback by this shocking incident that took place.”

Meanwhile, it should also be noted that Shilpa Shetty’s visit to Salman Khan’s house also comes hours after the Enforcement Directorate seized her businessman-husband Raj Kundra’s properties worth Rs 97.79 crore. The attached properties include a residential flat in Mumbai’s Juhu, in the name of his wife Shilpa Shetty. Another property is a residential bungalow in Pune and Equity shares in the name of Raj Kundra, the ED said.
