Priyanka Chopra made her first public appearance after her husband, singer Nick Jonas had a freak episode during a recent concert. The actress landed in Mumbai hours after videos of a scared Nick running off stage went viral. Although the actress did comment on the incident yet, she appeared to be calm and composed. She smiled for the cameras and even greeted the paparazzi with folded hands. She gave the cameras a thumbs up before she made her way to her car.
Dressed in an all-white outfit, Priyanka had everyone’s attention at the Mumbai Airport. She revealed she is in town for two days and will meet the paparazzi again. Check out the video below:
For the unversed, Nick was scared for his safety and ran off stage after a laser was aimed at him during the Jonas Brothers’ Prague concert. In videos surfaced online, Nick was on stage with his brothers Kevin and Joe Jonas when he noticed a laser aimed at him. The singer panicked and ran for safety. He also signalled his security team about the possible threat. While Nick ran for cover, Kevin and Joe were still seen on stage.
The concert came to a brief halt. The security team identified the person who aimed the laser and immediately removed them from the venue. Several fans are upset with the concert-goer’s behaviour but were relieved that Nick was safe.
Meanwhile, the reason behind Priyanka’s visit to India is still unknown. The actress has taken a break from the making of Citadel season 2 to travel to India. She is shooting in London with Richard Madden. A few videos of her shooting in the streets of London had surfaced online showing her filming an intense scene.
