Pak Cricket Fan Trolled For Comparing SRK's Popularity with Sarfraz Ahmed
The tweet didn't go down well with the fans of Shah Rukh in both the countries.

The Internet is a weird place to be and every passing day this 'genius' creation by mankind keeps turning into a battle zone, for one reason or another. Recently, overcoming the years old trolling, both online and offline, Pakistani cricket fans heaved a huge sigh of relief as their team lifted the Champions Trophy by defeating arch-rival India.

Taking the excitement a notch higher, a Pakistani Twitter user and cricket fan, @iUsmanJameel, tweeted a photo of Pakistan Cricket captain Sarfraz Ahmed with the trophy and captioned it as "SRK who?"

Interpreting the intention of Usman as a comparison between the popularities of Ahmed and SRK, the world of Twitter once again jumped to conclusions and mad-fan loyalty.

The tweet didn't go down well with the fans of Shah Rukh in both the countries. Before the trolling could cross the border, the in-house Pakistani fans of SRK showed Usman who SRK is and how celebrated he, as an actor, is in their own country.

Indians too jumped in to show off the popularity of one of their biggest stars and let pictures do most of the talking.

Well, undoubtedly it was a bizarre comparison to make, one has to point out that while SRK is an actor acting out stories of love and hope, Sarfraz Ahmed is currently the hero of Pakistan. Ahmed just didn't bring a trophy home but also gained back country's trust in one its most beloved sport.

What's your reaction?
