Jennifer Lopez BREAKS Silence About Ben Affleck Amid Divorce Rumours, Here's What She Said

Jennifer Lopez is yet to address Ben Affleck divorce rumours but she made a rare comment about him in a recent interview. JLo, who will be seen in Atlas, appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! amid divorce rumours and shared the story of the engagement ring that Ben presented to her ‘years ago.’ For the unversed, the ‘Jenny From the Block’ hitmaker dated Ben in the early 2000s before they parted ways. Ben went on to marry Jennifer Garner before they split and found his way back to JLo eventually.

Speaking with Jimmy Kimmel, Jennifer recalled meeting Barbra Streisand when she namedropped Ben. JLo said Barbra had commented on her engagement ring which she wore “at the time, that Ben had given me years ago." JLo was engaged to Ben when they first dated.

Looking at her engagement ring at the time, JLo recalled Barbra commented, “‘So that’s a big diamond.’" Jen added, “And I’m like, ‘Yes it is.'"

The rumours of the couple’s divorce made the headlines last week after ‘In Touch Weekly’ reported that all was not good between the couple. The report claimed that the Batman v Superman star had reportedly moved out of Jennifer’s house. To top it off, Jennifer liked a post detailing unhealthy relationship traits. However, the couple has tried to kill the rumours with their recent appearance. Ben and Jen were seen riding the car a few days to seemingly dismiss rumours.

Meanwhile, a source told People that Ben is impressed with the way JLo tackles limelight but he doesn’t want to put his life on display in the media. “They just have very different approaches when it comes to media attention. Ben hates all attention and it makes him very uncomfortable. Jennifer has always had a different approach," a source said.

“Even though he admires that about her, it doesn’t make him happy and causes stress in his life and then in hers. There is no question their different styles clash," the source added. Another source told the publication, (Jennifer) needs that expression but Affleck simply is not comfortable with it."
