Ali described the film, led by Diljit Dosanjh, as a “people’s film” that resonates with audiences beyond major cities, reaching into the heartland of India. I’m hopeful that the population of the country will appreciate that,” he added.
Winning The Breakout Film of the Year award at the IFFM holds significant meaning for Ali, who values audience appreciation as the ultimate validation.
