Rashmika’s recent set of pictures captured her in a stunning black gown. The body-hugging gown with maxi hemline and enchanting floral embellishments adorning the ensemble accentuates the Pushpa 2 actor’s look. Adding a touch of glamour to the dress is the intricate sequin embroidery, making it a complete showstopper. The actress accessorised her chic look with diamond statement studded earrings and multiple rings adorning her fingers. Rashmika’s choice of makeup and hairdo perfectly blended with her overall appearance, adding appeal to her already mesmerising look. Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna is set to return as Srivalli, the wife of Pushpa Raj, in Pushpa 2: The Rule. Directed by Sukumar, the film is a sequel to the 2021 blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, featuring Allu Arjun as the protagonist. Speaking to Lifestyle Asia India, the actress opened up on her role in the upcoming film, describing her character in the sequel as more confident. She said, “Srivalli in Pushpa 2 is someone super sorted. Now I know the world that we are living in, I know the character I’m playing, and now it’s Srivalli 2.0, I can say.”
Rashmika’s Pushpa 2 is scheduled for theatrical release on August 15 this year. Furthermore, she will also star in a multilingual film, tentatively titled D-51. The film will mark the first collaboration between Rashmika and Tamil superstar Dhanush. Helmed by Sekhar Kammula, the film will also have Nagarjuna Akkineni playing a pivotal role in the movie. Her next Bollywood project is Chaava. The period drama based on the real-life character Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead role.
