As per the astrologer, the correct time for proposal for Gemini is from 01:21 PM to 03:35 PM.

According to Sanjay Upadhyay, the lord of Libra ascendant is Venus and it is a planet of love. The proposal time for Libra will be from 10:20 PM to 12:35 AM. During this time, they can profess their love to their partner through phone calls or messages.
