Peach Ginger Crumble

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

– 4-5 ripe peaches, sliced

– 1/2 cup granulated sugar

– 2 tsp grated fresh ginger

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 1/4 tsp cinnamon

– 1/4 tsp nutmeg

For the Crumble:

– 1 cup rolled oats

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

– 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)

– 1 tsp ground ginger

– Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare the filling:

– In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, grated ginger, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

3. Prepare the crumble:

– In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, cold butter, chopped almonds (if using), ground ginger, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

4. Assemble:

– Transfer peach mixture to a Ramekin bowls for baking.

– Top with crumble mixture, spreading evenly.

5. Bake:
