What is the 150-second walking workout formula? How does it help to maintain health?
1. In this workout, you have to perform five different exercises of 30 seconds each. These exercises are best for those doing a desk job or are unable to go out for workouts due to weather issues. In this, first of all, you have to perform a march-past, in which you keep standing in one place and lift both feet simultaneously. Do this for only 30-40 seconds.
2. After completing this exercise, you have to jump on the floor with your hands raised, which is called jumping jacks. Jumping jacks are a plyometric exercise that strengthens many of your muscles simultaneously. They also help you burn fat and build muscle.
3. The name of the third exercise is High Knee. In this workout, you have to raise both knees alternatively to the upper half of the body and touch them with the hands.
4. After this, raise your legs backwards alternatively and touch your hip region. This exercise is called butt kicks. Doing this can help you attain relief from the strain on your muscles. Now, open your feet and touch their soles with your hands. Through this, you attain a correct body posture. These exercises like jumping jacks will improve the person’s blood circulation for some time.
