Assembly constituency no.101 Ajmer South (अजमेर साउथ in Hindi), is an Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) seat in the Central region and Ajmer district, of the state of Rajasthan, which is in the North West region of India (Bharat). In the 2018 Rajasthan Assembly elections, Anita Bhadel of BJP won in this seat defeating Hemant Bhati of INC by a margin of 5,700 which was 4.14% of the total votes cast for the seat. BJP had a vote share of 50.16% in 2018 in this seat.

In 2013, Anita Bhadel of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Hemant Bhati of INC by a margin of 23,158 votes which was 18.81% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 57.28% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Anita Bhadel of BJP won this seat beating Dr Rajkumar Jaipal of INC by a margin of 19,306 votes which was 21.73% of the total votes polled in the constituency. INC had a vote share of 50.55% in the seat.
