Yeddyurappa too will campaign in Bellary

BANGALORE: Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda on Sunday said his predecessor B S Yeddyurappa would actively campaign for the party candidate in the November 30 Bellary by-election.Speaking to reporters here, the chief minister rejected Yeddyurappa’s refusal to participate in the campaign as media reports, and said the latter would camp in Bellary for a week and campaign for party candidate Gadhilingappa.“We have convened a meeting of party leaders and ministers on November 18 to chalk out the party’s strategy for the by-election. After the meeting, all the party leaders and members  including Yeddyurappa, will embark on the campaign,” he added.
