Opposition Attacks BJP

Madhya Pradesh Congress president Jitu Patwari took to X and shared the video of the incident. “Katni GRP brutally beat up 15-year-old Deepraj, a boy from Jharra Tikuria, and his grandmother Kusum Vanskar! The big and small representatives of the police, who are above the law, have again done this to a Dalit family! The BJP government is leaving no stone unturned in oppressing the backward and tribals! This game of political malice must stop!”

In another tweet, the Congress leader raised questions on the capability and intentions of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav. “Can the Chief Minister of our state provide security to any Dalit family?” he asked.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh slammed the BJP-led state government in Madhya Pradesh after the video showing police brutally went viral on social media. “BJP’s ‘Jungle Raj’ in Madhya Pradesh. What action was taken against the monsters who beat a 15-year-old Dalit boy like an animal? BJP is taking revenge of its electoral defeat from Dalits, backward classes and tribals,” Singh said.

In fact, BJP leader Khushbu Sundar too reacted on police brutality and said, “This is unacceptable. Humans have to be treated like humans. Every Dalit has the same red blood in their body, they breath the same air and live in the same world.” She further used the hashtag #EveryLifeMatters.
