Wife kills husband

KHAMMAM: In a shocking incident, a woman who killed her husband, was thrashed and paraded half-tonsured at Patimeedagumpu village in Karepalli mandal on Thursday night. According to information, Peram Uppalamma, wife of Yerrayya, had an illicit affair with Manupadu Narasayya of Boddugudem village in Illandugudem mandal.The couple used to quarrel frequently over the illicit affair.Following a quarrel last night, Uppalamma strangulated her husband to death with the help of her paramour.The villagers who came to know about the murder, handed over Uppalamma to the police after thrashing her. Karepalli sub-inspector Arif Alikhan said a murder case was registered against Uppalamma.
